Using OMI
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your details accurate so hosts know who is coming, and use OMI only for genuine, in-person gatherings.
RSVPs and showing up
Seats are capped at 3-5 people, so an RSVP means someone else could not take that spot. Cancel in the app as early as you can if plans change. Repeated no-shows can limit your access to future gatherings.
Conduct
Be kind, be present, and respect the venue. Harassment, discrimination, recruiting, and unsolicited selling are not allowed at OMI gatherings and can result in removal from the platform.
Hosts and organizers
Organizers are selected and events are curated, but hosts remain responsible for the plans they run. OMI reviews gatherings for fit and safety; we do not supervise them in person.
Venues and costs
Gatherings often take place at local cafes, bars, parks, and shops. Unless an event says otherwise, you cover your own food, drinks, or tickets.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give OMI permission to display it where needed to run the service, such as in event listings and neighborhood feeds.
Limits
OMI is provided as-is. We connect neighbors and curate gatherings, but we cannot guarantee any particular experience or outcome, and you attend gatherings at your own discretion.
